Everyone's story is unique. I practice BodyTalk, a consciousness-based form of energy work that encourages your bodymind to move towards a state of balance, wellness, and vibrancy, taking in to account all of the unique factors in your life that have led to your current state of wellness.
What can I expect during my BodyTalk session?
Each BodyTalk session begins with a conversation. We review your current health (physical, mental, emotional, etc.), your wellness goals, any other treatments or medications you may be using, and your health history. We then set an intention for the session.
During the session, I use simple muscle testing to connect with innate wisdom, assess your bodymind's priorities, and ask your own innate wisdom to shine its light on these priorities. Once these priorities have been established, we encourage them to balance by doing a series of tapping, breathwork, movement, or hand placements.
This work is gentle, non-invasive, compatible with conventional medical care, and requires no belief system.
This seems strange. Does it really work?
Yes. And it still surprises me how well. My own experience receiving BodyTalk widened my (initially skeptical) perspective. My lifelong struggle with extreme motion sickness dissolved. Illnesses became less frequent and less intense. My intuition became clearer. As I work through everyday challenges, I'm more authentic and present.
